Hi, I’m Sarah-
For more than two decades, I have worked behind the scenes of dental practices, beginning in chairside assisting and growing into office management, administrative leadership, revenue cycle management, and full practice operations.
That experience has given me a firsthand understanding of how closely connected every part of a dental practice really is. When workflows, communication, technology, and financial systems work together, the entire practice feels more supported. When they do not, even the strongest teams can become overwhelmed.
I founded Balance Point Dental Solutions to help practice owners, office managers, and administrative teams replace daily friction with clearer systems, stronger communication, and a more sustainable way of working.
How I work
My Approach
I bring practical experience, personalized strategy, and a long term perspective to every partnership.
Practical Systems
I help dental practices overcome operational challenges through stronger workflows, clearer systems, and technology that supports the way the team actually works.
Personalized Strategy
Every dental practice is unique. I take the time to understand each practice’s goals, challenges, and team before creating a strategy designed for its specific needs.
Sustainable Growth
When the right systems are in place, teams are better supported, patients receive a stronger experience, and owners gain the freedom to focus on leadership and growth.
EXPERIENCE FROM EVERY SIDE OF THE PRACTICE
I Understand the Work Behind Exceptional Patient Care
My career in dentistry has allowed me to experience practice operations from multiple perspectives. I understand the demands placed on the clinical team, the constant responsibilities carried by the front office, and the pressure practice owners feel when systems, collections, and communication begin to break down.
I have seen how easily administrative chaos can become accepted as normal. End of month emergencies, insurance bottlenecks, repeated work, unclear responsibilities, and exhausted team members are often treated as unavoidable parts of dentistry.
I do not believe they have to be.
With the right systems and a team that understands the purpose behind them, dental practices can operate with greater clarity, consistency, and calm.
